We know you’ve probably heard it many times before, "our people are our most important asset".
Bottom line for Third Party Administrators, Inc…we would not be where we are today if not for the professionals who have dedicated their time creating and maintaining an organization that they are proud of and with whom they would conduct business if they were in your position.
Everyone on staff has either earned the National
Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) professional designation of
Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) (see our LINKS page for more information
on this national organization), or is working towards this designation. All of
our Pension Administrators are required to obtain this professional designation
in order to continue to execute their duties. The APA designation requires
passing a series of six examinations covering every qualified retirement plan
topic imaginable. Once received, each designee must continue to earn continuing
