Compliance Services at TPA, Inc:

Census Reconciliation

TPA, Inc. collects the plan census annually and will reconcile contributions by source and participant with what is reported to us on the census versus what was deposited with the investment company.

Employee Determination

TPA, Inc. summarizes annual determinations regarding “Highly Compensated Employees” and “Key Employees”, for all required testing.

Testing

TPA, Inc. will conduct the following tests, as needed:

  • 401k and 401(m) non-discrimination tests
  • Coverage tests
  • Top Heavy Status
  • 401(a)(4) testing
  • Annual additions contribution limits
  • Limit on deductible contribution limits
