Joe Reese, QPFC, AIFA®

President

Joe serves as President of both Third Party Administrators, Inc. (TPA, Inc) and Downeast Pension Services (DPS). He started with both organizations in August 2019. Prior to working at TPA, Inc., Joe worked for Pentegra Retirement Services as a Regional Sales Director, responsible for the Mid-Atlantic region. He has held various management and sales positions during his 20+ years in the retirement plan industry. Joe received his BA from St. Lawrence University and holds the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant designation through the Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst designation through the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

Joe and his wife Amy have 3 grown daughters and a Goldendoodle named Bo. Joe and Amy are avid campers and enjoy discovering new places throughout New England. They also love traveling to see their daughters.

Susan Fletcher, APA®

Senior Manager, Plan Services

Susan has been in the qualified retirement plan industry for 30+ years, and with Third Party Administrators, Inc. (TPA, Inc.), since 2001. As a Manager and Retirement Plan Consultant, she has experience in both the small and large plan markets and is a specialist in daily recordkeeping for both. Her current responsibilities include overseeing the TPA, Inc. team of Retirement Plan Consultants and support staff.

Susan received her undergraduate degree from Champlain College and her Pension and Human Resource Certification from Bentley University. Susan holds the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA®) designation through the National Institute of Pension Administrators, (NIPA).

Susan is married and has a daughter and son-in-law. She loves all animals and is passionate about the mission to adopt and not shop for pets. She is the owner of three rescues: her pit bull Bruno and two cats: Finnegan and Jacob. She enjoys golf, walking/hiking, snowshoeing, and spending time at the ocean. Her favorite place in New England is Wells Beach in Maine.

Norm has worked in the retirement plan industry since 1991. He joined Third Party Administrators, Inc. (TPA, Inc.) in 1998. Over the years Norm has developed a specialty in plan design, implementation, and ongoing oversight. Being well versed in both the small and large plan markets, Norm has developed a deep understanding of their inherent complexities. His years of experience in complex plan design and administration provide him the background to ask clients the right questions for superior plan design.

Norm is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and holds the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA®) designation through the National Institute of Pension Administrators, (NIPA).

In his free time, Norm enjoys spending time with his wife Jackie and their family. He is an avid fisherman and, also enjoys woodworking. His favorite place in New England is Errol, New Hampshire.
